BASE is our at-home, minimal equipment program. Our TRANSFORM, PACE, and RISE programs are all weightlifting focused and require a gym membership. We recommend TRANSFORM for beginners, PACE for intermediates, and RISE for advanced lifters. For reference, we consider a beginner as someone who has been lifting consistently for six months or less, an intermediate between six months and two years, and advanced as someone who has been lifting for two years or more.
